Refund policy

All sales are final. We currently do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if you are experiencing an issue with items in your order, please reach out. 

We wrap each order with as much care as possible, but unfortunately fragile and vintage items have the potential to be damaged in transit. Shop Select provides the option to add Route Package Protection to each order, which provides a straightforward claims process for lost or damaged orders.

During checkout, it is possible to opt out of Route Package Protection if desired, however this removes your abililty to file a claim for reimbursement with Route.

Please note that Shop Select is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
