How do I become a vendor?

We partner with vintage resellers in the Lexington, KY area to list and sell their pieces right alongside Shop Select items. Learn more about becoming a vendor here.

Where are you located?

We are located at 763 E 7th St., Ste. 2, in Lexington, KY.

Customer parking for order pickup is adjacent to Lexington Stones & Granite.

Are all items vintage?

We carry vintage, secondhand, and handmade items in the shop. An item is only labeled "vintage" after we have determined, to the best of our ability, it is at least 20 years old.

An item is only labeled "handmade" or "handcrafted" if we have confirmed it is crafted by hand by an artisan. We often are able to aquire multiples of handcrafted items, however any item labeled "vintage" is more than likely a single.

If there is no label on the item, it is likely a secondhand item we were unable to date.

If you are curious about the origin of an item, please ask! We love chatting vintage.

When will my item ship?

Items ship within 5-7 business days from when the order was placed. Tracking numbers are sent via email upon shipment.

We strive to beat the 5-7 business day processing time, however we are a small operation and provide this range to allow for any potential processing delays.

My item was damaged in transit. Can I get a refund?

Shop Select provides the option to add Route Package Protection to each order, which provides a straightforward claims process for lost or damaged orders.

During checkout, it is possible to opt out of Route Package Protection if desired, however this removes your abililty to file a claim for reimbursement with Route.

Please note that Shop Select is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

How do I make a return?

Shop Select does not accept returns, however please contact us if there is an issue with your item(s).

Please read the description of the item carefully and examine all photos prior to purchase.

Do you do presale or preclaims?

We no longer do presales or preclaims on our collections.
